REA is a specialized company that produces independent energy reports for building owner/managers and energy service companies. REA utilizes the energy accounting programs, FASER and METRIX, widely used and accepted in the energy industry. These programs strip away changes in the weather, billing periods, and rate schedules to give a detailed accounting of the true energy savings. This information is then integrated into an easy to read and visually attractive report, focused to the level of the user. The analysis is completed by utilizing daily weather information recorded by weather providers and billing information provided by local utility companies. All information is collected by REA confidentially, thus eliminating the time and hassles of dealing with these institutions.

REA is a registered trade name under a Ltd. company, which was incorporated in 1989 in Alberta. REA is, therefore, a Canadian company with its' corporate office located in Calgary, Alberta. We deal daily with buildings located outside of our city, with no travel required, and have encountered no difficulties in extending our services throughout North America.

REA is very flexible in their report production. We offer monthly, quarterly, or yearly analysis on energy savings, or analysis on current year's energy consumption to establish a base year. We can determine a buildings' energy "fitness" and a buildings' energy relationship to weather severity. All of this will add to the energy knowledge of your building.
